No issues with bugs today. But I did see a carrion beetle at the base, which was neat. |

The trail is very well maintained and easy to follow. A few minor muddy spots. Make the extra little trip to the north west ledges of the peak as the views are as good or better than the southern side. You can find your way through the fading trail areas to find some extra ledges for some peace and quiet at the summit. |
