| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trails we covered are basically in good shape. Right after Hi-Cannon peels off LL, there is a blowdown across the trail, but this was not a serious issue. Just past the Dodge Cutoff there is a collection of blowdown stuff, but again not a big deal. Later, on LL trail, just north of the lake, there are some blowdown sections awaiting removal. |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
Saw a couple, well-behaved, leashed. |
|
| Bugs: |
Some black flies on the LL trail descent. Otherwise the breeze took care of most. |

| Comments: |
Nice cool, dry weather hike, up Hi-Cannon to the summit tower, down off the peak via Kinsman Ridge Trail, picked up LL trail and took that to the lake. We stayed on the east side of the lake (no urge to see the hut), then back down LL to the car. |
