Black flies were vexing at times, but not terrible if moving. A few random larger flies too (not proper deer flies, but similar). |

Trails were mostly dry. Ski trail grass/weeds are starting to get high. Three piles of snow remain (one in the High Country, two down low) and will stick around for awhile longer.
Beautiful sunny day with temperatures reaching the 70s. |
