Comments
Comments: Bluebird day on a spectacular route that saw us cover 14 miles with more than 5,700 of elevation gain, much of the day above treeline. Had Isolation summit to ourselves for 30 minutes on a Saturday, unheard of. The trek up to Boot Spur was stunning. Saw a lot of people coming from Washington by then. Boot Spur Trail is a steep trek downward, 3,500 feet in about 3.5 miles.
