3 spots adjacent to the tunnel at Rt93 South Lafayette Place lot. Oodles at Rt93 North side. Ah, the joys of weekday hiking. :-) |

 | Water Crossing Notes: |
Took off boots at 2nd to last Walker Brook crossing on Falling Waters and them realized afterwards I missed an easier, drier route. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Spruce or Fir Tree down across brook at last Falling Waters Trail crossing but easily avoided. Maybe one on Bridle path ( 1/2 way down?) in need of a saw or ax. Otherwise, Trail is generally in great condition. Thanks to the trail maintainers, as well as work crew rebuilding the lower section of bridle path. |

Saw a few canines with owners. Both pets & owners were generally friendly. |

 | Bugs: |
Blackflies! Initially not biting. And then biting. Arrgh...
They became accustomed to weekend crowd feeding frenzy, but on weekdays they crowd around and prey upon we, very few. Safety is in numbers or, Run! ;-) |
