Cooper had a blast. Nice wide Snomo trails, easy to follow, easy grades, no flowing water at crossing(s), so bring water for your pup. Most should have no problem with this approach. |

Pleasantly surprised by this little hill. Followed Snomo trails which were depicted on Gaia. At the start, the forest on either side of the trail are posted, but the trail it self is travelable. Nice walk mostly through the forest, some needle paths, not rocky with grassy stretches. Mountain laurels are in bloom and heard a nice variety of birds. Interpretative sign on the way to the summit was faded; small view at this location, as well. Summit was marked with a cairn just off the trail. |
