A beautiful and somewhat steamy day on Piper before the worst of the heat arrives later in the week. Things are very, very dry right now everywhere. Even the small bog along Vista Trail has dried up. Hazy views today due to the humidity.
As I was poking around the south ledges taking photos, a coyote popped out of the woods, looked at me for a couple seconds, then retreated.
Also, the blueberries are currently baking and arent ready yet. But soon! |
