East Inlet Rd closed before East Inlet Flowage...we drove Smith Brook Rd to Rump Mtn Trail to East Inlet Rd. We then drove all the way to Rhubarb Pond then back to the access rd to Boundary Pond. Gate always closed. Easy walk/jog to pond |
