Plenty of parking... but get there early. These are popular mountains right on the Kanc. |

Downes Brook is a decent rock hop. I didn't have trouble with my sticks, but I came across a group of less experienced hikers having some trouble on my way down. |

Great trail for good views. Downes Brook was a great way to cool off before ascending and descending. Not much water available past that for people looking to filter water.
No issues with mud, blowdowns, etc. to speak of. Gentle grade for the first mile or so, then it starts to increase the pace. Never really steep though, except on the last push to the summit. |
