Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Nothing difficult, mostly standing water
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Some blowdowns on KRT over the Cannonballs, and lots of mud.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: This was my dog's second time on Fishin' Jimmy. There are some potentially difficult spots for dogs (ladders), but doable with a small boost for most. KRT to Cannon is extremely steep with boulders, so keep that in mind. We chose to go down KRT to access Lonesome Lake trail instead of Hi-Cannon.
Bugs
Bugs: Surprisingly not terrible, even with the humidity.

Comments
Comments: Great day! I love re-visiting trails I've done before, especially since this was my first time with a view on the Kinsman's! The Cannonballs weren't as bad as they were made out to be, although I probably won't revisit them. Lots of mud on that stretch of the trail. Stopped by Kinsman pond to fill up on water and there were lots of sites open. Super enjoyable day!
