There is one down tree about .25 miles north of the north peak of Piper on the Old Piper trail. It's an easy step over and a very dead tree. |

Nothing to speak of until heading to Whiteface from Piper. That's when the deerflies came out. |

I did this in one direction- Gunstock to Whiteface, then back down Whiteface Mt. Trail to the trail head. Trail is in super condition. |
