Bugs
Bugs: Only one bit me, but he sure made it count! Other than that, just a few swarms of flies here and there that were less "interactive." Some hornets on the summit of Adams, but they left me alone while I enjoyed my lunch.

Comments
Comments: Great day for a JAM traverse (complete with a peanut butter and JAM sandwich for lunch!). Started early to beat the heat and then enjoyed a full day in the Alpine Zone. The trails were in great shape and a nice breeze mostly kept the bugs away. We went to Thunderstorm Junction before heading up Adams so I could run around the sky rotary a few times. Also glad we took the short side trips to Star Lake and the falls at the end of Valley Way!
