The last time I was on this trail was about 20 years ago. I had forgotten what a nice hike this is. Yes, there is life after the 4's. The trail is well traveled all the way to the top. Mostly gradual grades until the summit push, with some steeper ledges and some loose scree and a few minor scrambles. The true summit is woods bound. Nice views from the ledges. Nice refreshing breeze today. Only saw two others, one starting just before I did and another starting just when I was leaving. A nice walk in the woods. |
