| Water Crossing Notes: |
Many crossings on Downes Brook Tr. All can be done as rock hops, the first is the hardest, and they get easier as you climb. Several would be impassable at high water. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
A couple of blown down tree crowns between crossing 5 and 7 of Downes brook. An annoying duck under just below crossing 10 on Downes Brook. |

great hike for Fido. Saw a few. |

There were some around, but not bad. |

| Comments: |
An overnight trip, camping on the Sleepers. Great weather, found some isolation on Downes Brook Tr. but quite a few people on the sleepers.
Great spot to sit on the ledges of Mt. Whiteface. |
