Good size lot for several cars. My hiking partner had his side view mirrors 'scratched' (the marks came off) by birds the week before so he brought things to cover our side mirrors. Heard a cardinal when we returned to the lot - probably defending territory |

Great hike with lots of variety, lots of ledges and scrambles. We saw many, many newts (red efts) and had to take care not to step on them, sometimes 3 at a time. Never seen that many on a trail before. |
