The one crossing on the summer route was over ankles, but rock hoppable. |

One overhanging blowdown on the flat stretch of Signal Ridge Trail. |

Mosquitoes were biting later in the day on a humid, cloudy afternoon. |

One of the best 4Ks, with views to 43 of the other 47, was alas socked in on this day. Signal Ridge Trail and the road walk is 14 miles. |
