Trails were still damp and muddy this afternoon/evening, following last night's rain and today's fog. Summit was in and out of the fog, so things weren't drying out too well.
Ski trail grass/weeds are still very tall (mowing still hasn't reach the hiking trail vicinity), so if using the slopes, the gravel access road is the way to go.
Noted more hints of fall colors showing, as well as the higher elevation leaves starting to get that dry sound in the wind.
Cloudy afternoon/evening with temperatures in the 60s. |
