Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: One large blowdown on Slippery Brook - two trunks. I could not step over, so went around. Also, on the Baldface Circle Trail coming down from North Baldface, a lot of growth narrowing the trail space. Could use a good trim.

Comments
Comments: Having done the ledges before, this time I took Slippery Brook for a longer but less strenuous approach up South Baldface. Truly magnificent views from both peaks. North is steeper with some precipitous rock chutes toward the summit, both coming and going. I did a good many butt-slides coming down. Same thing after Eagle Crag. Lovely open hike along the granite-slab ridgeline below North. The last few miles are along the ravine floor, easy footing and quick hiking.
