| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
I hike here more in winter than summer so I often forget how much traffic these trails get. Both have a lot of trail creep and Barlow has many unnecessary parallel herd paths going around natural stuff like rocks and roots. Stuff you would normally find in the woods. I don't get it. Cardigan Highlanders have flagged several spots along Winslow for work projects. Barlow has two trees down, one below the footbridge and another above. |

| Comments: |
Just a quick up and down this afternoon to stretch the legs. Aside from two small spots of mud on Barlow, these trails are bone dry. Nice views and pleasant temps and breeze. Not too many other folks out. |
