Comments
Comments: Not crowded today considering the perfect weather. I did a point to point starting from the Crawford depot to Mount Tom then to Mount Field, and over to Mount Willie decided to go down that steep sections to the stairs and come down Kenton Flume Trail to the Willy House. Had to walk 2.75 miles on the road back to where I parked at the Depot. The stair section is rotting pretty badly and needs to be repaired, but still passable. A great day to experience these peaks. The views from Mount Willey were excellent and showcased the majestic Southern Presidential’s. I’m glad I decided to do the point to point and the street walk was only slightly more than an hour.
