Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Leaves - Significant/Slippery

Water Crossing Notes: Dry River was very doable. I wore my Crocs to cross which made it even more fun.  
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Lots of blowdowns to crawl under. Total washout on lower part of Isolation West. No blazes due to being in WMNF. However, good signage at trail junctions.  
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Dog did fine. Water at decent intervals on trail, even on the ridge. Dry in alpine zone near Eisenhower.

Bugs: Few bugs, but I did find a tick on me when I got home

Comments: Four wild and wonderful days completing the first section of the Cohos Trail! Not a section for the weak of stamina, however.
