Tiny flying knots or something on the tower up top. They didn’t seem to be biting, just landing on everything and being annoying |

The trail signs could use an update. Carrigain is spelled wrong both at the trailhead and at the intersection with Carrigain Notch Trail. Also the mileage on them is not reflective of the new trail. It’s actually 2.0 miles before turning left to climb, not 1.7 as the sign at the trailhead says. |
