Comments
Comments: Moriah via Carter Moriah Trail from Bangor Road. The trails are in fine shape, with no visitors since last weekend, until today. 1-2" of new snow with a fine crust and then a dusting on top of that. I wore snowshoes to the summit, and barebooted below the last outlook once back in the hardwoods. Snowshoes are optional, but I like them for the traction and televators on the steep slabs.
