Comments
Comments: Trails are in great shape. The morning started cold at around 32F but quickly warmed up, we had blue sky and mostly windless conditions. The colors are at peak or just past peak, perfect timing. We did not meet anyone until the summit of Tom. Met Jane there and we continued hiking together until the summit of Field (nice meeting you!). She continued to Willey, Copper and I went down Avalon trail. About 25-30 people were met while descending, mostly in the steep section of Avalon, below the spur. Perfect short hike!
