This was a very easy trail to follow…. Besides a few scattered blazes in a few sections, trail is well marked & maintained. Shingle pond is beautiful and nice view of fire tower. It’s almost a 5 mile hike each way but I’d rather take this trail any day than the Kearsarge north trail. Mt Washington was white with snow. Beautiful day. |
