Comments
Comments: Crawford Path and Mizpah Cutoff had stretches of dry trail as well as some minor muck. Hut still open.

Mt. Clinton Trail had some mud bogs and areas of thick leaves, but wasn't terrible. Nevertheless, it was tricky to navigate in a few places (such as when the trail turns right off of an old logging road, where it disappears at a river embankment (stay right) and when it finally drops onto the riverbed (head diagonally downstream; there are false cairns slightly upstream) just before it crosses and meets the Dry River Trail.

Dry River Trail has a few blowouts/small slides to navigate.

Short stretch of Mt. Eisenhower Trail had a blowdown or two, but was otherwise fine. Leaves made the footbed/trough tricky.

Dry River Cutoff was vague in places down low (such as at a water crossing, and at sort of a hairpin turn down low) and brushy down low (some evidence of brushing soon thereafter). Some mud, but not terrible.

Some puddles on the Webster Cliff Trail approaching the summit of Pierce.

Crawford Path below Pierce had some wet areas. Some snow in the woods near the Crawford/Webster Cliff junction.

Still some foliage in the lower elevations. Snow visible on Mt. Washington. Windy, particularly in the morning, but fortunately the ambient temperature was above freezing and there was sun.
