Didn't do the whole thing. There is a wet area where you start and there are bog boards, but if the water level rises it will be a water crossing. |

There are some blow downs eagerly awaiting your touch. |

Thank you in advance for that lovely outhouse I have only seen in pictures.
Driving home the long way to look at leaves and avoid traffic (advice - stay in Evans Notch and drive home through White Mountains proper no earlier than 4 PM Monday). Saw so many nice photos of that new outhouse we decided to go up Town Hall/Slippery Brook Roads, enjoy the foliage and then check out the outhouse. The sky opened up, so we didn't make it all the way to The Throne. Just posting this to let folks know everything good you remember about Mountain Pond is still there. And as soon as we got near the car, out came the sun. |
