There was a large parking lot at the end of bennett street. The road got rough for a little while with some rocks and grass in the road. I expect any car could drive it though. |

| Comments: |
I did some redlining around sandwich mountain. I only saw one other person all day! The swamp section on guinea pond wasnt too bad. I walked across logs. The trail was hard to follow in that area though. I could hear some sort of construction going on near sandwich notch road. There were a lot of fallen leaves making the trail slippery. Higher up, there was a trace amount of snow and even some icicles. This resulted in some wet slippery rocks. There were some amazing views from ledges towards the top of the black mountain pond trail. I could even see the castle that someone is building next to the welch dickie mountains. Washington was pretty snow capped. |
