Dropped off at Newbury trail…. Signs all around trailhead saying no parking…. Park at caboose. Left my vehicle at lot 1 at ski resort ( there is a sign saying paving on going at lot 1…. Maybe with upcoming 70 degree weather they are paving lot 1? |

Beautiful blue sky day…. Newbury trail quite early on way up. Around lake solitude & White ledge busy… Summit not super busy… saw no one taking ski trails down. 5.9 mile hike. Could see Mt Washington. Short bushwhack to south peak… Moose poop littered true high point. |
