Trail is in fine shape. A few blow-downs have been addressed somewhat recently, as evidenced by lingering sawdust piles. Thanks to the maintainers! |

This was 41 and 42 for my October grid. If I bust a move during the few remaining days in the month...
The thing about sleeping in is you get off the trail well after the sun has set. That's not necessarily a bad thing. You got to sleep in, and if the sky is clear, you got astral fireworks.
There was some snow and ice above about 3,500 feet, but you won't even think about your micro spikes, let alone so much as look at them. If things continue as they are for a couple more days, it'll all be cleaned up by the weekend.
