Tight parking at East Gilford trailhead. Has signs for 5 spots but that’s very tight. No parking outside lot on road. Only one other vehicle when I got back. |

9.7 mile loop hike… I only saw 1 mountain biker & dog and that was it…. Excellent solitude hike. Round pond beautiful….. perfect hiking weather…. Very dry out there. Only negative I would say for the day was the leaves. Super slippery & dry. Need to pay close attention to hidden rocks, roots, and acorns. Also descending with the leaf litter is challenging….. besides that, perfect day! Finished Belknap 12. |
