| Comments: |
Perfect blubird skies and great views from the summit, amazing views for a little effort. Trail was solid hardpacked snow with a bit of an icy crust all the way to the summit with a few soft patches on the ledges right below the summit, a patch or two of ice along the way that are easily avoided. No need for the snowshoes on this hike until the next snowstorm. Light traction was helpful along the sidehill section below the summit for a little extra grip. |
