| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Drove all the way on Carter Mountain Rd to the start of the trail. Road sections getting pretty lumpy - high clearance needed. Also some pretty deep puddles on road. Room for several trucks at the start of the trail at the earthen berm. |

Terrific quick afternoon hike after a full morning paddling in the "big" dam release in Goffstown... anyway, leaves are ankle- to mid-shin deep in places which made descent a bit tricky. Terrific views from summit outlooks. Cabin in excellent shape tho I didn't step inside. 850' vert. Super!!! |
