Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of space at the Lincoln Woods trailhead at 6:45am.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes: The few water crossings were generally passable without too much trouble. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: A few blowdowns here and there but they were easily navigable over or around.

Dog-Related Notes: Didn't see any...other than a few out for a stroll on the Lincoln Woods Trail. 
Bugs
Bugs: None...and the hornet nest near the bottom of the Brutus Bushwhack seems to be a non-issue at this point in the season.

Comments
Comments: Lots of freshly-fallen leaves on the Black Pond Bushwhack but it was still pretty easy to follow. No ice or snow encountered throughout the route...other than a few stray snow flurries falling at the summit.
