Comments
Comments: Going up baldface circle, there was a section with very deep leaves. Walking through it felt like snowshoeing, except you get no support from the leaves and they just obscure the trip hazards. No ice or snow on the slopey bouldering section up baldface south. On the ridge between south and north baldface there was snow and trace ice, but no traction recommended. Coming down from North baldface, there were some larger patches of ice; it looked like water had pooled and then frozen over in a few places and was avoidable with a few careful steps. Very much *not* winter conditions today.
