| Water Crossing Notes: |
The water crossing about 0.75 miles in was easy to cross. This is probably because we've been in a significant drought |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The blazes are a little hard to see on the first half of the trail. Up higher they are brighter |
|
| Dog-Related Notes: |
Not much running water on the trail because of the drought. |

| Bugs: |
Best season for them because there are none! |

Nice hike that I haven't done. The trail is a good gradual climb interrupted by welcomed flat areas. A couple areas near the top were steeper for a few feet. Unfortunately the views aren't much to look at (hince it being delisted from the 52 WAV), but I was still able to get a view of Moosilaukee from the stairs of the former firetower. |
