Slightly challenging crossing on Boundary Line Trail. It took a sec to figure out the best route. |

| Comments: |
1-2 inches of snow on Caps Ridge and slightly deeper on Gulfside. Minimal avoidable ice. I used microspikes for the scramble/slide portion of Caps Ridge and then throughout Gulfiside and Jewell (above treeline). They will get dulled down, as plenty of rocks are still showing.
Amazing day to summit Washington for the first time. Shout out to all the friendly people on trail! |
