Comments
Comments: After bagging Moose Mountain in mid morning. I drove over to the Ski area and bagged Holts Ledge. I was pondering doing the entire AT section from Moose to Holts Ledge. But forgetting my headlamp at home and having to work in the am I decided against it. It would have been a 16 mile out and back give or take. Trail was in good shape, extremely dry and lots of leave clutter. Great views of Smarts Mountain, Cardigan and many of smaller mountains. Watch out for hidden rocks and roots under the leaves I smashed big toe on a rock trail running down. Haha. Slow me down a bit and hurt like you know what.
