Comments
Comments: Impressive stretches of thick blue ice (3+ inches thick, wavy in places) on Mt Osceola trail above 3500 feet or so, including on some slanted slabs. Would have been impassible without spikes. The stretch between Osceola and East Osceola was fine though, almost no ice at all. Bushwhack to West Osceola was also fine, just a light dusting of snow that was helpful in retracing my steps.
