Access road up Green Peak was dry this morning. Slight dusting of snow up high. Ground is somewhat frozen.
Waterville Valley ski area is not open to the public, but they are skiing in the High Country. Would advise against hiking down from the Sosman (no issues hiking down from the hiking trail viewpoint at the moment).
