Comments: It was a nice overcast day to hike south moat. I managed to get a good view even though other peaks looked to be in the clouds. We got only rain in the MWV. There was no snow or ice anywhere, so no need for traction. There was alot of running water on trail. The ledges were very slippery and wet, making them treacherous to descend.
