Trail Maintenance Notes: A couple blowdowns in the vicinity of the Donovan Trail junction. Water bars are full of leaves and need cleaning.

Comments: A grand day out on Gap Mountain. We visited both trailed "summits", took the herd path to the south peak, and checked out some off-trail items of interest, one of which I never knew existed.

The wind has done a good job of drying things out here. We did see one tiny patch of black ice but that was it.

Monadnock was looking frosty across the way and there were several other folks out enjoying the cool but sunny weather.
