Comments
Comments: Today we visited some RMC trails across from Appalachia. Ledge Trail up to Lookout Ledge had seen some foot traffic, but Pasture Path and Notchway were unbroken. We donned snowshoes around .6 miles in and kept them on until back at the car. There was ~4” of snow at the car and that increased to a foot along Pasture and Notchway. Lovely snowshoeing on those two trails. Ledge Trail was little boney down low and as you approach Lookout Ledge through the thick conifers.
