 | Comments: |
Trail was suprisingly well packed despite the recent rain and warm temps. Consistent snowcover of several inches depth until reaching Bunnell Notch where the snow becomes quite a bit deeper. No need for snowshoes today, spikes were sufficient the whole way. Some occasional postholing where folks had gone off trail to avoid ice and running water [in other words, there was a need for snowshoes, Brutus]. |
