Comments
Comments: Started up Carter Moriah from the hut, knowing that it was a mess. The higher you went the worse it became. Too many to count. Crawl under, climb over, herd paths going in different directions made for a slow day. Lots of postholes & unconsolidated snow. Slightly better to Zeta pass but that’s not saying much. Like yesterday’s mess these are all frozen into the trail or each other. Mt Height appeared to be broken out but I didn’t go that way. Thought about South & Middle but was just done dealing with the mess. Saw 1 heading up to them with a saw so maybe it’s been cleaned up a bit.

So much for checking off 5 4Ks this weekend 2 of 5
