Comments
Comments: Nice hike up the road with just a coating of snow. Rollins up was mostly a packed trail, still needs a few more hikers to smooth it out. Encountered many spots were ice was under a inch of fresh snow.
Up near the summit we ran into some 1 foot deep snow drifts. Summit was mostly snow free. Going down Winslow started out with no obvious tracks from previous hikers so we hiked threw some drifts until we got into the trees were there was less blown snow hiding the trail. Same as on the way up we found many spots with ice under a inch of fresh snow. We both slipped multiple times even with mini spikes on.
