Merry Christmas. 4 passes of snowshoes on route today. Snow depth 3-12”, with deeper drifts higher up. Nice pure powder with some bony spots on ledges & root BS. Struggle with blowdowns closer we got to summit. Not packed enough for microspikes, IMO. Lot of snow in the trees. Enjoy! |
