Comments
Comments: Southern Presidential Traverse between Dec 27 to the 28th.

Snowshoes from the Ammo lot to Monroe. Any type of Traction is acceptable except skis. From Monore to the Edmands Path junction we used microspikes. From there it was snowshoes until we connected to the Webster Jackson junction down low.

We had a good night at Nauman Tentsite. No one has used these sites in a while. The overnight was worth the sunset hike on Pierce and sunrise view

Please note the ridge between Eisenhower and Webster shod be done with snowshoes! The trail is full of buried leaners which as acting as spruce traps. Posthole Paul and Posthole Paula hopefully get some trail karma for butchering sections around Jackson.
