Comments
Comments: All open spots on 19 MB from 2 weeks ago have filled in but still boney in spots. Spikes all the way to Zeta Pass. Some balling of snow on spikes for a bit. Could put shoes on heading to South but blowdowns would make it harder IMO. Shoes are definitely required heading to Middle. Deep postholes, especially around blowdowns. Trail really chewed up. 1/2 wearing them the other 1/2 struggling. Kept them on until about 1/2 mile down Imp then had to take off as it was becoming more boney. Spikes the rest of the way. Could have put on thru Camp Dodge, unconsolidated snow here but only 4-6 inches. Warmer temps & rain coming will only make conditions worse.
