Comments
Comments: Well what a day! I barebooted for about an mile and a half… then spiked the rest of the way. It was bare ground, light snow, and ice. Oh and don’t talk about the post holing…… a messy messy spring conditions but solid if you can find the disappearing track from before… at least it was only during the exposed time. I dumbed my snowshoes, then went to Jefferson. It opened up and sunburn time! It was amazing. Only 2 others after me hit the summit. I decided to go down the cog for a different scenery. It was a little annoying for side hill but no sketchiness for spikes. Everything was snowy covered. Mid after waumbek water station, i ran down and back to the car by 2.
